What services does RDG Rentals provide?

We provide tents, tables, chairs, concessions, and audio/ video rentals for events in Genesee and Oakland counties, MI, as well as surrounding areas. Our goal is to make your event planning easy and stress-free with high-quality rental equipment.

How do I book a rental?

To book a rental, You can rent directly from our website, fill out our inquiry form on our website, or contact us at (248) 266-1215 or [email protected]. We will confirm availability and send a quote. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

 Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental. Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Failure to pay the final invoice could result in cancellation of your contract.

Do you have a rental protection plan?

Yes, we require a 10% Rental Protection Plan (RPP) charge on all rentals to cover minor damages. This does not cover lost or stolen items.

Do you set up the tent?

Yes, we provide tent delivery, setup, and takedown. Delivery scheduling varies and can take place 3-4 days before or after your event. Delivery schedule is completed the Sunday before the event. An email detailing the estimated delivery and set up will be sent out. Typically a call will be placed 30 minutes prior to arrival. 

Can I set up the tent myself?

No, our team must set up the tent to ensure proper installation and safety.

Can tents be set up on concrete or asphalt?

Yes, but we require water barrels or special anchoring instead of stakes. Additional fees may apply.



Do you set up tables and chairs?

Tables and chairs are delivered and stacked. Customers are responsible for setting them up unless prior arrangements are made for an additional fee.

Do you offer linens or decorations?

Pricing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Venmo, Check, ACH Bank Transfer, and Direct Bank Transfer. No online payment is available at this time.


Delivery & Pickup

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Genesee and Oakland counties MI, and surrounding areas. Contact us for availability outside this area.

When do you deliver and pick up?

Delivery and pick up may occur 3-4 days before or after your event, depending on scheduling. We will confirm the exact timing the Sunday before your event.

Can I pick up the rental items myself?

Yes, If the item you are renting does not require set up we will allow pick up and drop off of rentals


Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, any additional payments made (beyond the deposit) may be refunded.( This does not include Side walls, heaters or AC units these items are non-refundable)
  • No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the event.

What if the weather is bad?

Our tents are designed for outdoor use, but we recommend having a backup indoor plan for severe weather. Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations.


Additional Services

Do you offer event planning services?

Yes, Basic event planning such as sizing of the event and rentals is free. In depth planning or coordinating the event is available at a negotiated price.

Can I change my order after booking?

You can modify your order up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.
